The German Experiment That Placed Foster Children with Pedophiles

 I don't even know how to wrap my head around this.  For decades the German government placed foster kids with pedophiles.   What? Seriously?  I'm too stunned to comment.

 Just read / listen and realize a severe lack of common sense overtook way too many people.
